“ Five stars all around. Probably my favorite restaurant of all time. Worth travelling internationally to. Might be better than my mom's cooking. I remember driving here from Seattle and when I mentioned dinner plans in Surrey to the border officer even he knew about Chuihong. Consistent, tasty, friendly, spacious, and affordable. Bring a date, have thanksgiving dinner, catch up with old friends, or just feed yourself here. It's perfect for any occasion. The jjajangmyeon is obviously the star of the show. The jjampong is a perfect co star. However this restaurant really shines with its meat dishes. Yuringi, ttangsuyuk, ggampongi... their fryer is an artist who deserves a michelin star. Even their frozen and take home options are great. I've had korean-chinese food all over the world, including all over south Korea. There is no alternative to Chuihong. ”
“ I had deep fried dumplings which were awesome. I also had the Szechuan Jiajang, it was pretty good although the black bean sauce was a bit much. I still would give it a 9. Great service, staff very friendly. Atmosphere was growing. Also should mention food came to the table super quick! In addition it was super filling, probably could have fed two. ”
“ I went to Chui Hong for lunch with some friends. We ordered Chinese cold noodles, jajangmyeon, jjamppong, shrimp mayo, and tangsuyuk. Everything was so tasty! The jjamppong was spicy and the soup was really good. The shrimp mayo and tangsuyuk were very crispy, and the sauce was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and kind. I’d love to go again next time! ”
“ This place is my one of the favourites place in Surrey - high quality of food, nice services, and clean and good atmosphere!! We went there after 9:00pm and even got 10% discounted for happy hour promotion. They don’t have reservations but you can put yourself on the waiting list if you call the restaurant 30 mins before. Will visit next time ”
“ Ordered Togo! I asked for recommendations on my orders for I was new to the town and the restaurant and didn’t really know what’s what. They recommended the combo b and I choose to get some cheeseballs on the side. My kids are very picky eaters and they were in love with the food! Most definitely will try dine in next time :) ”

“ I explored Surrey last week, and my friend, who hosted me, took me to a Korean-Chinese fusion restaurant for dinner. Despite my initial reservations, I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic and delicious taste of the dishes we ordered. Arriving just 30 minutes before closing, the restaurant staff warmly accommodated us, extending their hospitality by letting us stay beyond their regular hours. Even amidst closing duties, the servers graciously took turns capturing wonderful photos of us. The visit to this restaurant was a truly delightful and memorable experience! ”
“ This is one my favourite Korean restaurants in the lower mainland- truly amazing. The food is SO good. The portions are fair, service is on point. They always have a great attitude and care about their customers. It is a great date night place, the restaurant is renovated and has such a nice modern vibe to it. It’s by the highway, and since it’s in a plaza there’s always parking. Overall 10/10! My only tip would be call in advance to reserve or come a little before you’re too hungry because there’s always a wait usually. Recommended. ”
